i 've already decided

i've been working in san pedro hospital , (holy child ward to be exact) for three months now. and i've already decided i won't transfer to another ward or special unit. and with in this span of time, i learned to love and enjoy it.

before i started this job in pedia ward, i don't like to mingle with kids that much. i mean, i like kids but what i hate when they have their tantrums. but now, i really believe in the saying 'THE MORE YOU HATE, THE MORE YOU LOVE'. now, i like to talk with them, as if they would reply or understand me (coz our patients are mostly toddlers and infant )and as if i was a child talking to them.

most of all i'm at ease with my colleagues. though at first, there were hesitations and the feeling of outcast, but now our relatinship is fin (as for me).and our head nurse is really patient to teach me tjose things that i nead to learn and also supportive to the deciscions i'm making.

basta, i'm enjoying my job now. tiring but its fulfilling. found new friends, learned how to mingle to different people, and i learned how to take my responsibility.
